IriPho
This product is a single pack air-drying modified alkyd zinc phosphate primer. IriPho™ is suitable for the protection of steel structures against corrosion in marine (above water service) and industrial environments. This primer has good leveling properties and very good adhesive on prepared surfaces. IriPho™ primer can be recoated with all IRIS® alkyd products.
IriMaster
This is a two-pack modified polyamine cured epoxy mastic with aluminum flakes to enhance water resistance properties. It is a high solid & surface-tolerant coating with excellent corrosion and good weathering characteristics. This is designed for steel substrate where optimum surface preparation is not possible and compatible with most aged coatings.
IriShop
This is a two-pack ethyl silicate shop primer that contains zinc powder to protect steel structures against the corrosion. IriShop™ is recommended for short to medium-term protection of abrasive blast cleaned steel plates and other steel structures during the storage, fabrication, and construction periods. IriShop™ especially is suited, where welding and gas-cutting properties are important. It has excellent resistance to weathering, oil, organic solvents, and heat.
IriPrime660
IriPrime660™ is a two-pack polyamide cured epoxy that is used as an excellent anticorrosive primer in marine and industrial conditions. This product can be applied on inorganic zinc silicates as a tiecoat. IriPrime660™ has no toxic pigments and compatible with a wide range of IRIS® coating systems.
IriPrime770
IriPrime770™ is a two-pack epoxy that is used as an excellent anticorrosive primer in marine and industrial conditions. This product can be applied to steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces. It is suitable to use on old coating systems and is compatible with epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic coating systems.
IriPrime555
This is a two-pack, zinc content epoxy primer that is specially formulated to protect steel structures against severe corrosion in marine and industrial conditions. IriPrime55™ is recommended for surfaces that prepared with high/ultra-high-pressure hydro blasting. It tolerates Sa2 and St3 prepared surfaces.
IriZinc855
This is a two-pack, high zinc content, polyamine cured epoxy primer that is specially formulated to protect steel structures against severe corrosion in marine and industrial conditions. IriZinc855™ is a quick-drying product that can be used as a holding primer. The product complies with SSPC paint 20 level 1 and ISO 12944.
IriSil
IriSil™ is a high zinc content, ethyl silicate that specially formulated to provide long-term corrosion protection. This product is resistant to industrial and chemical exposure as well as marine exposure of structural steel. IriSil™ without a topcoat has excellent resistance to weathering and ultraviolet exposure. The product has abrasion and heat resistance up to 400°C (depending on the coating system and conditions of application).
